Juzer Lindiwalla, a Kenyan national, 34-36 years old, and his Filipina wife, Maria Lourdes Coronel Lindiwalla, of the same age stole millions of Pesos from poor Filipinos and used the money to buy their way out of the Philippines to live comfortably in the plush city of Auckland.
More than twenty people mostly government employees were duped by the couple who promised them either working or immigration visa in exchange for 300,000 pesos each. The couple started their recruitment activities in 2005 and early 2006 and employed the services of connected people to fan out the news of their outrageous immigration ploy.
The couple employed the tactics of common illegal recruiter by promising visas in 3-6 months time, no IELTS requirement for working or immigrant visas in exchange for 25,000 pesos under the table scheme, and medicals even without reference number. The couple said to have joined several established organization like Soroptimist International and attended Rotary meetings to spread their connections. They hired the services of private attorneys and military men to give integrity to their dubious claims.
In a span of a year the couple duped more than twenty people, collected millions of pesos and left in the month of April and told some people they will leave for Adelaide to work on the people's visas.
Six months later, no visas arrived and immigration checked revealed no Juzer Lindiwalla and his family arrived in Australia. This, according to Chris Kenyon, Manila Immigration Officer for Australia. The worst, no application were lodged in the name of the more than twenty people he duped. The group who were recruited by the couple for a promised job went on to check at their residence. They found to their horror their working and immigration visa applications lying on the floor. Interview with the caretaker revealed weeks prior to their departure they silently sold all their belongings to unsuspecting neighbors and relatives.
The couple lied so much that they still have conversation until now with some of the victims who thought the couple is still working on their visas and even have the gall to collect fees for his online services.
The couple were traced from the mailing address of their credit notice which revealed outrageous purchases on grocery and department stores in New Zealand. This is supported by the origin of their email which they used to collect more money from innocent people here in the Philippines.
The group known as "IllegallyRecruited" group of Lucena City wanted these blog solely for the purpose of apprehending these unscrupulous couple for the crime of Illegal Recruitment and Large Scale Estafa. A crime punishable by Death Penalty. If you live in Auckland beware of these couple. If you are an employer and know someone who employ these couple, you know what to do. Please spread the news!!!!

Dali-daling lumuwas sa Auckland si Maila (hindi tunay na pangalan) galing ng New Plymouth ng malaman nya ang dilema ng kapatid nyang si Leng (hindi rin tunay na pangalan) na bagong dating mula sa Pilipinas. Asawa ni Leng ang principal applicant na kung saan WTR 6-mos lamang ang visa nila. Sa Enero ang expiry ng permit nila. Dumating si Leng, asawa't tatlong anak noong 26 July na kung saan ang bunso anak ay 3 taong gulang lamang.

How do I feel about it? Personally I say mas naaawa ako sa kanila (yung mag-asawa) kasi 'yung ugali nila ng pandaraya sa kapwa pilipino nila ay SAKIT na maaaring di na magagamot. I also feel the same pity with the Sampang Immigtation staff of whom we chose to believe because "we chose to have a consultant" instead venturing on our own.We even shunned the nasty things said to them by angry people in blogs..only it all turned out to be warning signs.
On a positive note, we were rescued by God's angels :the family New Plymouth and the Del Rosario family (Rey & Margie with their cool kids) here in Henderson. Sila pa ang di nakakatulog pag naalanganin kami. We're now currently renting a flat in Henderson thank God for them. Pray for me Jun that I'll be able to get a related job within 6 months...basta todo pasa ako ng mga applications ko on line.

These Satanas still live dito sa auckland, i recently have seen in pak n save with them and know immediately who they are. Kumain sila habang ang iba mamatay sa gutom! They drive a big, silver 4WD and i follow and i see that they live in Emirau place. they have daughter, who looks maybe 12 with them and from what i heard, the puta know about what the parent do.
